更新 是浏览器缓存问题，我停止了Che，重新加载http://172.16.16.11:8080 , 404, 我再次运行 Che，现在可以了 :)

正确的步骤是:

在任意文件夹中解压文件

安装 JRE 8:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-installer

检查java版本:java -version ，我得到了:

确保 8080 端口空闲
